Beautiful Handmade 2 piece fancy Holiday set
Could actually be be anywhere from 70’s to 90’s but I can’t verify
High waist maxi skirt
Vest style velvet bodice with sparkly buttons with loop closure , and slight balloon sleeves
Stiffer plaid material with a nice sheen, almost like taffeta
Button and zip closure on skirt
Shown on size 4 mannequin, top fits perfect, skirt zips but I did not want to force the button
