Vintage Gourd Pearl Necklace – Sterling Silver Clasp – Organza Ribbon – 16.5” Unclasped – 37g - 8” clasped
This lovely vintage necklace features lustrous white pearls delicately spaced along soft organza ribbon, secured with a vintage-style sterling silver clasp. The pearls have a smooth, semi-baroque shape and a beautiful shine. A delicate and feminine piece that may have been designed for a child or as a choker for an adult.
• Length: Approx. 16.5 inches unclasped, approx. 8 inches clasped
• Weight: Approx. 37 grams
• Material: White cultured gourd pearls (likely freshwater)
• Clasp: Marked 925 sterling silver, vintage hook clasp
• Design: Multi-strand organza ribbon with spaced pearls
• Condition: Vintage pre-owned condition. Clasp functions well. Minor wear consistent with age.
Note: Due to the shorter clasped length (8”), this piece may have been made for a child or intended to be worn as a tight choker or layering piece.
