Vortex Razor UHD 10x50 Binocular

The Vortex Razor® UHD 10x50 Binoculars are a good option when you need excellent low light performance in the upper mid price range. The 50mm objective lenses gather nearly 42% more light than 42mm objectives and the phase-corrected Abbe-Koenig prisms help to transmit a higher percentage of the incoming light to your eyes because they have only 3 reflective faces rather than the 5 faces with the more common Schmidt-Pechan prisms. Vortex's APO System uses index-matched lenses to correct color across the visible spectrum. The external lens surfaces are protected with ArmorTek® scratch-, oil-, and dirt-resistant coatings. Internal lenses are fully multi-coated. Rubber armoring protects the Razor UHD from bumps and scratches and provides a sure grip in any weather. Vortex has given the Razor UHD 10x50 a different part number (SKU) because of the addition of their GlassPak Pro hybrid harness/case. Optically, field of view on the UHD 10x50 is 341' at 1000 yards. Close focus is 6.6' (2m), so longer a bit than that of the 42mm models, but still close enough for viewing birds and bugs near your feet. The 10x50 optics use the Vortex UHD Optical System which includes apochromatic lens elements with XR™ Plus Lens Coatings, Plasma Tech lens coatings, and ArmorTek® dirt and scratch resistant coating on the external lenses. The BaK-4 prisms have phase correction coating for maximum brightness. The chassis is waterproof, Argon gas purged, and rubber armored. Vortex's GlassPak® Pro Binocular Harness, Comfort Neck Strap, Rangefinder Pouch, Objective Lens Covers, Ocular Lens Covers, Lens Cloth are all included in the box.
