Where Beauty Lies

An appealing colorful and vibrant work of art by Olukus that explores themes of self-love and the beauty that lies within. It is an expressionistic painting filled with flowers and featuring a nude African American woman gazing into the mirror.  You is looking into the mirror and embracing who and what she is. Embracing and accepting all of her perfect imperfections. For she understands where beauty truly resides and lies.....inside and in the eyes of the beholder.
