Sprinkle sachet contents onto surface of juice or 'must', wait for 15 minutes and stir.
Young's all purpose white wine yeast is a hard working, excellent strain suitable for a wide range of applications and can also be used when making fruit wines.
This strain of wine yeast was chosen from over 150 available worldwide, involving several thousand individual fermentations. It produces wines which are exceptionally crisp and clean - suitable for any style of white or blush.
Sufficient for 5 gallons (23 litres) of wine.
